We are currently seeking a reliable, hard‑working individual to join our Dishwash & Equipment Department. This position is essential to ensuring our airline customers receive consistently high‑quality meals and equipment every day.

What You’ll Be Doing

Dishwashing & Equipment Handling

• Sort, load, and unload equipment according to airline, class, and process guidelines.
• Operate dishwashing conveyor systems and process equipment on the dishwasher belt.
• Collect, check, and return clean equipment to the correct areas.
• Complete carts and tray sets per cart map 
• Understand equipment types by airline, class
• Use provided equipment to clean kitchen cookware and equipment
• Use chemical cleaning agents by following instructions
• Inspect equipment for quality; tag and separate defective items.
• Cooperate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely supply.

What We’re Looking For

• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods, bend frequently, and lift light items.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to rostered shifts.
• Good attention to detail and quick, accurate hands.
• Ability to read, write, and count in basic English.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP knowledge beneficial).
• Willingness to work cooperatively as part of a large operational team.

Health, Safety & Hygiene Requirements

• Must pass LSG Sky Chefs’ annual Food Safety Training.
• Maintain safe working practices and participate in hazard reporting and safety activities.
• Keep a clean, safe, well‑organised work area at all times.
